About Housing Programs
IPDC serves as the administrative entity for the Western North Carolina Housing Partnership and the Rutherford County Housing Initiative, two organizations working to increase awareness and supply of safe affordable housing.
The Western North Carolina Housing Partnership is a private, non-profit organization established to develop affordable housing projects for seniors, families and special populations n 31 western North Carolina counties.
The Rutherford County Housing Initiative serves as an umbrella organization affiliating with a variety of service providers work to reduce sub-standard housing in Rutherford County.
