About Grant Services

Grant Services staff provide project development, grant writing and project implementation services to member governments who request it. Staff is available to assist with planning projects for community development efforts, such as neighborhood redevelopment, scattered site housing rehabilitation, on-site water and sewer problems, and infrastructure improvements.

IPDC staff also works with local governments on the development and implementation of economic development projects designed to create new, high-quality jobs in the region. These projects often assist local governments with the cost of providing the necessary infrastructure to serve a new or expanding industry. Building reuse and downtown redevelopment are eligible projects under some programs.

Grant Services staff recently launched a joint venture with the Planning department the "Isothermal Regional Brownfield Initiative."  Click on the link to the left side of the page.
