About the Regional Data Center
As part of the North Carolina State Data Center's Regional Affiliate network, IPDC provides demographic, economic and other data and maps to member governments and other interested parties.
Demographic and economic data is drawn primarily from the US Census Bureau, which conducts, along with a number of special tabulations and programs, the Decennial Census, the American Community Survey and the Economic Census. Other data sources include the North Carolina State Data Center and other federal and state agencies. IPDC does not create data.
Where possible and feasible, links are provided to the original data source.
