LEVELS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Workforce Development Consortium

The elected officials appointed by the respective County Board of Commissioners to oversee the affairs of the WDB.

Board of Directors

The individuals appointed by their respective County Board of Commissioners to direct the affairs of the Region C Workforce Development Board.

Officers

The individuals elected by the Board serves as the Executive Committee.

Staff

The paid administrator for the Workforce Development Board.  This individual is responsible for day-to-day management and support of the WDB, general support and coordination of the JobLink Career Center system for the region and for employing and managing the staff. 

Committee

The membership of the organization working on specific tasks in small groups to achieve the objectives of the WDB. Committees are formed by the Board, complete tasks, analyze results of activities, and make recommendations to the Board for action.

Local JobLink Management Teams

The management representatives from partner agencies in local JobLink Career Centers. These groups are responsible for the day-to-day operations, policy implementation, and oversight of service delivery in each local center.
